What could be better than waking up to glimmering aquamarine and sapphire blue ocean water and sky, and gentle salty breezes...the sun streams in thru large storm-proof windows all day both east and west! It is always peaceful inside.
The only small new condo in Fort Lauderdale has just 61 units making it more like a townhome, the semi-private elevator and two level parking garage split up residents for privacy and noise reduction. Having a gym on the top floor (unit is also top floor) that overlooks the ocean, downtown Fort Lauderdale, and the passing yachts along the Intracoastal Waterway, leave little chance that one will not partake. The pool as well, is rooftop and perfectly designed to soak in sun or nurse a margarita poolside while surrounded by ocean, river and beautiful beachfront homes. Directly in front, the sidewalk opens onto the beachwalk all the way to Las Olas. The property is smack-dab in the middle of all Fort Lauderdale has to offer including 10 restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Mediterranean inspired, the outside of the building has columns and arched spaces and traditional earthy colors. Inside, Designer Andy Quinones continued this theme with architectural modifications from Italy (a wine grotto, rustic brickwork), north Africa (morrocan doors and alcoves, stonework throughout), and the middle east in general (large oversized marble tile, columns and arches, and zero baseboard for an expansive airy palacial feel). The unit is nearly 'green' in that only woods, stones, granites, quartz and eco friendly products were used to create the space as well as furnish it alongside natural fibers like banana leaf weave, animal hide, and other plant fabrics.

Lighting- Day and night lighting for each space via crystal and moroccan lamps, lowered platforms, and arab inspired chandeliers. Dimmers on each fixture provide warm nighttime ambience that must be seen to be experienced. This is where the phrase 'it transports you to an exotice location' enters in. The designer wanted occupants to feel like they could be anywhere in the world looking out at the ocean.
