I love my home but my son is in college and house is just too big for me! Over 1,500 square feet on the main level and another 1,000 square feet in the finished lower level. Two bedrooms with roomy closets are located on main level with full bath between them.

My favorite part of the house is the open and spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom area great for cooking in kitchen and carrying on conversation with those in the living room. A wood fireplace with blower keeps the living room cozy.   Dining room has 6-ft. wide sliding glass door that goes out to large 10 ft x 40 ft party deck overlooking canal that flows into Sanford Lake. Steps go down to the water and a dock area where you can keep your boat.

Kitchen has lots of counter space and includes refrigerator, oven, overhead stove fan, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Main floor laundry area is incredibly convenient and includes washer, dryer and wash tub with running water.   Eight-ft. glass sliding doors can close off the sunroom from the living room for the coldest winter months, if desired.  When open, doors are completely hidden in the wall.

Lower level has large family room with gas fireplace with blower, one bedroom, half bath and jacuzzi hot tub. Also on the lower level, is a small basement area that is unfinished and holds water heater, furnace and storage for basement-type stuff. Roomy storage area and closet neatly hidden under the stairs going to the lower level. Six-ft. wide sliding glass doors walk out to backyard and beautiful view.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Huge oak trees shade the yard and keep the house cool in the summer. A storage area is attached to the back of the 1.5 car garage with electric garage door opener. Breeze way attaches garage to house.   Good well water that had a new well-point installed 5 years ago. However, city water is slated to be installed in the near future.
