Maine's best: beach, preserve, park, trail

The best Maine has to offer, just minutes from some of the finest beaches on the east coast.

I was just looking out from my deck onto the backyard and realized, suddenly, that it truly is one of the best views in all of New England and getting better all the time.  And, if you get tired of the view from your woods or field from your back yard, it's a short walk to a stupendous view of the marsh or a little bit longer, about a mile, to the beach.

There are a few problems with the price of $300,000.  I dont' think that any bank would value it for so much but I do.  So, unless you have it in cash, it's unlikely we'll ever reach a deal at this point in time.  In fact, if someone were to offer me $300,000, I may actually turn it down.  That's the other problem with the price.  So, I left at as 'willing to negotiate', since 'price is firm' clearly doesn't work.  ;-)
