If you like convenience to everything, but feel you are in the courntry, our home is for you. Mature trees provide ample shade-no need for air conditioning. We are seniors wanting to down-size and want someone to enjoy the park like setting and view of nature as we have. Our home is move-in ready, everything has been re-painted and the yard beatfully landscaped (see pictures). We have tried to update each room to today's tastes. The floor plan is very practical, with the master bedroom on the 1st floor, as is the laundry. One of the best features of the house is storage space. The basement is finished and the home offers extras like a cedar closet and well for gardening use.
