Our cabin was built by the original owner and the attention to detail is impeccable.  All oak wood flooring, pine and dry wall ceilings and walls. Kitchen has custom made cabinets, full pantry, all GE Profile appliances, Kohler sink and faucet, with double French doors to back porch.  Full laundry room with cabinets.  Two full bathrooms with Corian counters/sinks.  All Kohler fixtures. Extra large bedrooms with master having walk in closet.  All rooms have ceiling lights with fans, 2 linen closets.  The front porch is extra long and deep.

2 plus car garage, extra deep and wide with side workshop.  Two sheds for storage. 

Private well and 1500 gal water tank and it tastes better than bottled.  Septic, NEC power, Direct TV, propane.  Regular style forced air heat, with fireplace pellet stove in the living room.  A/C in this area is not needed. 

This home sits on a hill, southern exposure, with more than 180 degree panoramic views of Gobbler Peak, Noble Mt, and Escudilla Mt with ponderosa and pinion pines on property with junipers.  It's sits at the end of the road and is most peaceful and relaxing.  Colter Creek is just across the road in the large meadow.

We have elk, turkey, and javalina walk the property on a regular basis, many photos to show.  The cabin backs up to the forest and has many trails to walk.
