We are beginning bids for the condo at $279K and it will be sold to the highest bidder on Sunday, May 15. There will be an inspection & Open House on Sat/Sun, May 14-15, 10am-5pm. You must come to the inspection to be a part of the bidding.

The 5-Day Home Sale is just an alternative way to buy & sell a property, done without realtors or agents so we can take a lower offer and you can pay a lower price. There will be many people looking at the property during the weekend of May 14-15 and we truly want to sell it this weekend. We have a minimum undisclosed reserve price, meaning we don't have to sell it if the bidding doesn't reach a certain level, but please know that the reserve is quite low, more than $100,000 less than our original listing.
Note #3: The bidding is non-binding, meaning you can change your mind at any time, even if you win the bidding. You can just tell us you changed your mind and there will be no hard feelings, legal action, etc. We only want to sell it to someone who wants to buy it.
