Dutch Auction-Buyer sets price. Must sell by Oct. 15th.

In addition to the house and garage there is a large studio with a bath and a small utility shed.  The house has two separate areas on the 2nd floor with two stairways.  One has two bedrooms and a bath, the other has 1 large and 2 small rooms and was used to process photographs. Downstairs has a kitchen, a large family room and a living room.  There is also a screened in porch.  Property was recently bank appraised at $235,000.

The initial price is $192,500.  Starting on April 9th, every night at midnight, except Sunday, the price will be reduced by $500 ($3,000 per week). 

Decide on the price you want to pay, (minimum price is $110,000).   Bids may be made by e-mail to 7santawlanehouse@bellsouth.net .  Your bid will be assigned the date on which that price becomes effective.  As a reference point, the price on June 5th is $168,500. Your e-mail bid will be acknowledged.  

The house will be sold to the bidder whose bid has the earliest registered date.  At that time the winning bidder will be furnished with a description of terms of payment.
