This 1849 home in the historical district has been restored and is in great shape high quality shingles have been layed on an all plywood roof.

Beautiful interior with 500 ft. kitchen  an complete with plenty of cabinets, countertops, six burner commercial stove as well as a second stove with its own cooking space

All rooms are freshly painted and hardwood floors refinished.  The interior garage walls are the same almond color as the exterior vinyl. The interior doors are completely restored, they are beautiful if I do say myself. 

There are 4400 ft. under roof.  This includes 2800 ft. living, 600 ft. above the garage which is sheet rocked, which can be turned into a nice appartment.  the garage has two huge glass windows in the back (see photo) making it a great candidate for a cold greenhouse and don't forget the porch which is extremely large (see photo)

Easy-going people, shopping and restaurants around the corner makes this beautifully restored historic home a must to see !!!
