Approximately three acres of the land were cleared for pasturing sheep that were raised on the property for eight years. The field is ideal for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ATV riding (also permitted on local roads with state registration of vehicle), snowmobiling, etc. The rest of the property is wooded with some rough trails that could be developed further for more recreation.
