This three bedroom home is located in the front part of the park on a very quiet and secluded cal-de-sac. The bedroom sizes are as follows 12 x 13, 12 x 10, and 12 x 9. The master bathroom has a shower seperate from a garden tub. The master bath also has his and her sinks in it. The master bedroom and bath are on one end of the house with the utility room and the kitchen(which as you can see from the picture has plenty of cupboard space). The living room, dining room and kitchen is all open and very spacious. Then on the other end of the house you have your two spare rooms and the second bathroom. rnThe back deck is 10x28 and faces the woods and no neighbors. This was why I chose the lot to begin with, it is beautiful. The house also comes with a 12x12 shed. If you should decide to buy this house and keep it in the Community you will need to apply for residency in the park. You must be approved of residency before the closing.
