Cabin is approx. 16x18 with attached shed. New kitchen with cabinets, countertop, full size sink. All appliances included and also furnished. Has a deck with firepit, new gas grill and picnic table. Full bath with new shower and toilet, also hot water tank. The cabin sits about 200 ft from the lake which you can see through the kitchen window. Cabin is in an association and dues are only $40 per month, and paid in full for 2011. Town is only 6 miles south and close to the Appalachian Trail and whitewater rafting. The other cabins are individually owned and this area stays pretty quiet all summer, so it is a great place to come and relax. The property also has it's own shared boat launch and dock system.
