There's a home that was just built last year next store. Across the street you look out onto the beautiful palm trees of the Club house. There's a nice porch and a nice screen porch for those summer nights. The shed is nice and big to store things. At over 1800 feet there's loads of rooms. The master has a big walk-in closet. The laundry room is nice. The rooms are big and spacious if you have big furniture.

1. You step from the front covered porch into the living room. The dining room adjoins the living room to the right. You go from the dining room directly into the kitchen. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a door to the side of the house with a carport and a shed in back of it. There is a little yard in back of the shed.(also another little concrete area on the other side of the house off of the screen porch where you could put a picnic table).

2. The den adjoins the living room with two doors (not sure if you call them French doors, but I think you do) You can either go from the den to the living room through the french doors or from the den to the screened porch through sliders. Or you can go out the den to the hall through a second door. There is a nice big wall that separates the den from the Master where you could put a very big closet (along that wail).

3. You go from the living room to the hall. The primary bathroom is at the end of the hall. It has a bath.

4. The second bedroom is next to the primary bathroom. It has a door so you enter it from the hall. Then it has a second door that goes into the primary bathroom.

5. The Master is in the back of the house at the end of the hall. It has a second door that goes into the second bathroom. The second bathroom has a garden tube and a walk-in shower. Next to the walk-in shower is a walk-in closet.
