   This cabin is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is setback from the roads edge farther than the adjacent properties and the house is visually separated from the road by mature conifers whose past lives were Christmas Trees. In addition, a mature catalpa tree shades the house and provides additional screening in the summer. The setback provides a large front yard, sense seclusion and a taste of country life without the yard maintenance.    The cabin underwent renovation in 2007 which included a new kitchen cabinets and appliances, Harwood floors, central heat and air conditioning, bathroom tile and master suite with large deck. Renovation was halted by a deployment and the cabin was rented for two years. Due to the rental, repairs are necessary. The cabin is currently priced as is, however renovation is scheduled to start again April 1st if it is still on the market and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
