This is a very comfortable home. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, to include the laundry center and two full baths. All of the floors have been updated, all windows have been replaced with energy efficient windows with a transferable warranty. The upstairs is all new Berber shag carpet and the downstairs has a combination of ceramic tile in the kitchen, half bath and foyer and laminate wood flooring in the dining, living and family rooms. We also replaced the back door leading out to the pool area and the pool and yard are in immaculate condition. To included a 40,000 gallon in ground pool with diving board, palm trees all around. There is also a commercial 14 zone sprinkler system and the sprinkler system gives the options of watering the grass or the flower beds or both. There is a 8 X 10 shed that is wired for power, that we use for pool supplies and keep tropical plants in it all winter. Christopher Farms is a very safe and pleasant place to live. The elementary school is in the neighborhood and Kellam is a great school as well. There's so much within just a few minutes to include golf courses, concerts, malls and much more.
