Cedar chalet 5 private acres, pond woods 2story tree house!

We are selling our stunning cedar home with more amenities than you can imagine!! First this home sits on 5 acres of land. It is surround by hundreds of acres of woods that are not owned by us but are untouched nature. Your only views are wildlife! Included in this sale of our home and 5 acres is a kids 2 story tree house that matches our house! It has a large deck, loft, play area, firemans pole, electric hookup, cable and phone hookup!!! It too has wonderful views of the wild life with its own spotlight in the woods! We built the cutest miniature covered bridge for the kids to walk across a natural spring to get to their tree house.

There is a gorgeous natural spring fed pond that can be seen from the house, it has a natural waterfall through the woods when it rains. We have a huge yard that is fenced in by a 90 foot stone wall and other natural elements to keep it esthetically pleasing. There are 5 six foot glass doors on the house giving you wonderful views from each room! Did I mention a small barn? We have miniature horses that we could discuss selling separately. Landscaping is gorgeous and listening to nothing but nature and admiring the views makes this place one of a kind! We have a master bedroom with a large closet on the main level. There is also a full bath on this level. Also on the main level is the kitchen (included in the price would be the new fridge, dish washer, electric stove, microwave, and solid wood island). The kitchen is open to the dining room and it is all done in a beautiful wood like laminate floor. Next to the dining room is the open living room which we are currently building a stone fireplace and adding new carpet.

The locust trees I used to make it came from our woods. It is so sturdy the kids not only sleep in it but the swing on it and climb it like a tree! There is also a skylight in this room.

When you walk into the other side of the room you will be taken away to an undersea adventure! The room is custom painted so it looks as if you are right under the water with humpback whales, jelly fish, orca whales, stingrays, sharks, octopus, dolphins and more! There is even sand in the room! The bed in this room is also included and is also custom made! This bed is a BOAT complete with working portholes! The sides of the bed are chalk board so the kids can draw on their own bed! It is also magnetic so you can hang photos or artwork of the kids! Again, a one of a kind bed (fits twin size mattress).

The downstairs basement was just finished this year on one side. It is a rustic hideaway! The walls are covered in stained wood and the staircase has a solid oak railing. We built a huge stone fireplace that goes from the floor to the ceiling. It has propane logs with a remote for the flames as well as for the pilot light so it doesnt waste propane. The flooring is phenomenal, it is like walking on air. The sub floor is raised with a plastic base and on top of that is a 3 inch rubber floor padding and brand new carpet (the padding alone is worth $20,000, it is the foam that malls buy for their play yards)! There are 3 closets and storage under the stairs.

The bathroom is better than any spa retreat! Complete with a heated floor, which is a natural stone. There is even a fireplace in the bathroom!!! Yes a fireplace in the bathroom!! This too is also propane for quick warm flames! The tub has a step up and is the best of the best. It is a Kohler jetted tub with an inline heater! If that isnt enough there is also a tv (which I will include) so you can lay back, put on the jets and watch your favorite tv show! I even had a light switch put right by the tub so you can turn out the lights over head when you are ready to watch tv. The shower surround is also the same natural stone that is on the floor. The vanity and sink as of now will not be included in the sale. Again this was just done this year so it is brand new.

The other side of the basement is not finished so you can use that for your imagination!!
We also have a security system, complete with door alarms, window breakage, and motion sensors.

This home was well constructed with 2x10 floor joist, 3/4 inch copper pipes, Anderson windows and Peach Tree doors. Included in the sale is a new 50 gallon hot water tank and also a wood burner. We do have electric base board heat and the fireplaces but sometimes it's nice to have a wood burner, it looks so homey to see the smoke coming out of the fireplace!

I know this sounds too good to be true but it is a really spectacular place. We have put a lot of heart and soul into our home and really hate to sell it but my husband got a job out of town and the drive is getting to be too long.

Our home is ideally located! We are in the woods, with a private setting and no neighbors, yet close to everything! There are 3 restaurants in Mt Morris, one being a yummy bakery, a post office, grocery store, physical therapy, gas stations, and they just opened a new medical center. We are 60 miles south of Pittsburgh and 6 miles north of Morgantown!
