This home is located on Beautiful Douglas lake in east Tennessee near the Smoky Mountains.There is over 1,300 feet of mostly gently sloping shore line(at avg high water mark)

 There are 5 out buildings totaling over 2500 sq.ft. the largest being a metal structure with a 14 ft ceiling it will accommodate a large motor-home (up to 45 ft.) or a couple of boats.

The Gazebo is a peaceful place for lounging . The Great room with its wet bar is wonderful for entertaining. There is the 8x40 building  its wired with 220 so you could have a compressor or welder or the like. There is a two car garage and a combo shed with garden tools on one side and storage  on the other.

The grounds have several statues and fountains with a small artificial rocky stream,and a boat dock, The main beach area is crushed shale.
