Almost 4 acres in Santa Fe city limits. Near the corner of Shouse and 4 1/2 Street. Wonderful rural atmosphere but still only a few minutes from shopping and all the conveniences of the booming IH 45/ FM 646 area. Fenced for horses. Kids can walk to Wollam Elementary. Nice paved road. Area has good drainage. Property is almost square. 388 across the front x 436 deep. New fence was installed a couple of years ago with the intention of building there, but due to job change have relocated to San Antonio. Pictures were taken a couple of years ago. Have not been to see the property in some time, but have heard that the front fence line is overgrown. Property does have a power easement running across the front but there is plenty of room to build. Checked into the easement when I bought it. Can run a driveway through it, and can put septic system through it (although there is plenty of room behind the easement so there shouldn't be any need to do that). Just can't build a structure in the easement. The power lines are very tall and there is only 1 set of poles in the very front right corner of the property so it really doesn't look bad. Can email copy of survey if interested. This property would be a wonderful place to have horses and a country lifestyle without having to give up the conveniences of the city.  Willing to finance at 5% for up to 20 years for sales price of 60K with 10% down.
