COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION: The campground has fourteen (14) full hook-ups (water, sewer and electric). The campground, campground store, house behind the campground store, and showerhouse are all on the city sewer lines. Mobile home and 50' x 60' buildings and mobile home space each have their own septic tank. Everything is on city water. 17 1/2 A is zoned FAR (farm, arig., and resd.) and 3A is zoned as commercial. Property has a wet weather stream approx. 10A back from front of property. First field has a 25' x 50' cement basketball court. Telephones and TV satellite dishes are allowed to anyone in the campground (paid separately to phone and TV companies by customers), Cable is available but will cost extra for installation. Current 14 RV/camper connections but can/should be expanded to 60+ sites. Blue line stream across middle of property could be an absolutely beautiful rest area. Enough area to make walking trails. Put in extra activities everywhere. Expand with tennis courts, swimming pool, gazebo, etc.
Checkout Amazon.com and Wacker Chemical companies moving in only 5 mi. away in Charleston, TN at Exit 33 to I-75. They will be employing approx. 1,900 within the next two years. Volkswagon is a new place in Chattanooga. TN.
