Wood-sided Split-Level 1) Dishwasher & refrigerator have been upgraded in last 3 years; old refrigerator was moved downstairs to storage room and is still being used. 2) Stove is an older one, but we left it because I loved the fact that we could interchange the "cooking plates" that you see in the picture with some "grilling" ones. We would often use that to grill fish, steaks, etc. inside when it was too hot (or raining) to be grilling outside. 3) There are a ton of PELLA windows through-out the house (formal living room, dining room, den, small "sitting room"); the ones with the blinds on inside 4) There are custom wood blinds in the main level bedroom and Master bedroom 5) We upgraded gutters to Leafguard 6) We put in a RainSoft filtration system 7) Large storage room on interior, just off of 2-car garage (this is where the filtration system and the old refrigerator resides....has some shelving as well) 8) Smaller storage room under stairs, accessible from garage 9) We replaced light in 3rd bedroom with a Hunter ceiling fan (all bedrooms now have this, with master having a remote control to both fan and the light) 10) There is a closet with shelves at top of stairs on top level that we used as a bookcase (we put the doors back on it, but you'll see what I mean when you actually view the house) 11) All appliances and window treatments convey. 12) We are also interested in selling some of the furniture that will be in place for staging. (More on that to come!) 13) There is a pocket door that seperates the kitchen & den from the rest of the house. 14) There is a double pantry in the kitchen as well. 15) Three seperate Heating/AC units. (The third controls the den exclusively and main level is contolled by a programable thermostat). 16) The downstairs bath is newly renovated (new lighting, plumbing fixtures and paint... please note, there are not pictures of this in the online album)
