We have truly enjoyed our home and have made numerous family memories in our fantastic large backyard. This is a home for all seasons, from summertime play and campfires to winter sledding down our perfectly sloped front lawn and hot chocolate by the fireplace. We carefully designed our home with the children and pets in mind. It is purposely hypoallergenic, with all wood or tile floors and it is very easy to clean. The children have so many places to play, nothing is off limits or unsafe. The interior offers an open floor plan as well as private spaces. The huge and numerous windows offer incredible light and warmth. We enjoy warm sunrises in the Great Room and sunsets in the kitchen or on the back deck barbequing. The lower level rec room with large bar and outdoor patio has been great for entertaining our friends and family.

The yard is a personal playground featuring: the King Kong Rainbow play gym with cushy pea gravel base; a stone walking path to the concrete pad for skates, scooters and bikes; 20x20 shed to store kid and adult toys; a campfire area; a huge sandbox; 2 expanded decks and one actually has a slide off it to get into the sandbox! The kitchen opens to the yard so meal prep is a snap while you supervise the entire backyard. There are MANY children in this subdivision as well as EXTREMELY nice next-door neighbors.
