Best Condo in the subdivision;

This condo has been completely upgraded because we used to live here for a few yrs however it is now being rented because we bought a bigger place. We are not in a hurry to sale. Low ballers will not be answer.

Kitchen: Upgraded countertops,floor was tiled, new [2011] black over range microwave, upgraded garbage compactor, new metal track light fixture installed with light accent, upgraded stainless steel side by side refrigerator, ceiling crown moldings, and most important a counter bar. I can leave the kitchen appliances with a good offer.

Dining: Tiled and painted, upgraded light fixture to a black metal chandelier Hampton brand, ceiling moldings.

Living: Vaulted ceilings, new laminated wood with fan and dim light for special occasions,fireplace with wood burning and black slate with white wooden mantel, double rod curtains, & celing crown moldings. Customized wooden closet on the hall.

Deck: Sliding door, redish wood painted, has privacy rail/wall & a small overhang/porch. Also has an entrance to the Master as seen on the picture [My condo is the upper left handside]

Roof: Changed in late 2008 by the HOA.

Room #2; Carpeted flooring, ceiling light, customized wooden shelve closet with tile flooring, ceiling moldings, upgraded to curtain rods, painted, window facing the side of the building, an attic on the closet ceiling.

Master Room: Carpet flooring, ceiling light & fan, customized wooden shelve walk in closet with tile flooring, ceiling moldings, upgraded to curtain rods, 6 feet sliding doors to the medium size deck. Sitting area with windows all around. Master bathroom with tub, 16x16 tile on the wall tub,lavatory with medicine cabinets, tile floors.

 

Laundry: It is inside the double door laundry closet with plenty of shelves. Laundry is in the middle of the two rooms so you'll get a little bit of privacy. Laminated flooring. I can leave the washer and dryer with a good offer.

 

Bathroom # 2; It is on the hall across bedroom #2, tile flooring, tub, toilet, lavatory with cabinets. linen closet full of shelves for all your things!

 

Heating/Air condition; Changed in  2007 by Trane A/C unit & blower & new water heater. Filters changed every 3 months with excellent filters.

 

Homeowners Association: It is $145 and covers the maintenance of the community; 2008 re-asphalt the parking lot, 2009 changed roofing, 2010 power washed siding on community. HOA duties; re-painted the car parking lines, water plants, ,mulch, trim, and plant flowers to the common grounds every other season, exterior insurance included. No ammenities in this community.

Property Taxes; $809 a yr

Centrally located and within walking distance of 24 hrs Harris Teeter Supermarket, Gym, restaurants, UPS store, UNCC, Restaurants, child care, fast food restaurants, 24 hrs gas station, & bus stop to go downtown or anywhere in the county.

Why use your car when you can walk!!!!!!!

 

Each building only has 8 units, 4 on the bottom and 4 on the top as seen on the main picture. Subdivision is a mix of 60% condos and 40% townhouses of 2 and 3 levels with a young adult crowd professional owners.

 

Stay fresh and save money with tile and laminated wood which is easy to clean, scratch resistant, UV resistant,  Impact resistant, allergy friendly, environmentally friendly, household chemicals resistant, and burn resistant [features were taken from the box]

Pay $45 only in water. We laundry once a week. 2 people in condo.

We have a TV in every room!!! and Internet in the whole condo [you'll need a wireless router]

Every building in the community has 8 units.
