Heating/Air condition; Changed in 2007 by Trane A/C unit & blower & new water heater. Filters changed every 3 months with excellent filters.
Homeowners Association: It is about $130 and covers the maintenance of the community; 2008 re-asphalt the parking lot, re-painted the car parking lines, water plants, ,mulch, trim, and plant flowers to the common grounds, exterior insurance included. No ammenities in this community.
