We purchased this remodeled home in January of 2001 and have continued to make improvements during the past 8 years.  We are building a new home for our growing family.  We will really miss living here when we move in August.  The neighborhood has always been very quite and the neighbors have been great.

Everyone who visits our home is surprised at how much room it has.   In 2006 we built a second floor that includes a small bedroom, a large bedroom, and 3 closets (including 2 large walk-in closets).   The large bedroom might be more appropriately used as a bonus room.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.  All applicances and plumbing fixtures are new.

This home has a 1400 sq. ft. unfinished basement on a concrete slab.  The basement is accessable from the rear of the home through two double garage doors as well as from the interior of the home.  It is possible to park two small vehicles in the basement underneath the home.

The yard is well landscaped and maintained.  The back yard is fenced in with a five foot high fence and is great for securing pets.
