The Schools/Neighborhood:

 This home is part of the top notch Camas School District and the bus stop is right across the street.  Prune Hill Elementary is about 1/2 a mile away.  The neighborhood is isolated and quiet, yet Walmart, Lowes, JC Penney, Home Depot, (and soon Costco) are just two miles up 192nd Ave.  Downtown Camas, with all of it's charm, lies just a few minutes to the West, over Prune Hill.  The famous recreation of the Columbia River Gorge is 20 minutes away, while the Portland Airport is 15 minutes, and downtown Portland another 10.
