If you drive by first, do not be deterred. our dogs have made a muddy mess of the front yard but sod is on its way and the grass is already growing back. Also, we currently have a pile ready for the dump right up front. The house does look very small from the front but the new addition is all behind what you can see from the street, its almost 2000sqft!
