This condo is all about location. It is less than 5 minutes from the dental school and most major sporting events. It is 6-8 minutes from UIHC, and less than 10 from the college of medicine, public health, and nursing. Being able to walk to work and avoid the local parking situation has saved a ton of time over the course of my residency.
Although the building is older, the inside is fairly updated. The carpeting, pargo flooring, bathroom, and washer/dryer are all 5 years old. Most of the remaining appliances and the roof are less than 1 year old.
