Comfortable Home with Great View

We have outgrown our home and would love for someone that is looking for a clean and comfortable place to relax and take ownership of a great home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have lived here since 2001 and in that time, we have added a finished basement which currently holds my wife's scrap-booking business on one half and my children's toys and game on the other half. It is also a great place for me to hide when the weather is hot, because the basement is very cool in the summer! Upstairs on the next level is our spacious kitchen and dining room, living room and family room where many pictures of family events have been taken. Down the hall from the kitchen is the laundry room and playroom--which was originally used for an in-law suite with the 3rd full bath next to it. Then, upstairs to the main bedrooms--4 total with an adjoining office off the master bedroom. Right off the stairs is our baby's room (which holds the twins right now). Next to their room is our son's room and next to his is our first daughter's room. The office was originally supposed to be used for a nursery when the babies were first born, but it needed to be an office instead. There are plenty of closets and crawl space on the top level. Including an attic that spans the length of the house with plently of room to stand and not bang your head. Outside is our two-tier deck and spacious back-yard where our children play. We have had our landscape done professionally and it includes many unique and colorful plants and shrubs. Our driveway is long and straight and we have the only custom brick retaining wall in the development. The front porch has enough room to fit a small table and chairs or a swing.
