Nice Smaller Home For Sale

We refurbished this house four years ago so that my son would have a place to live while he was going to college. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and utility room. The central gas heater and air conditioning system was replaced four years ago. We also installed a new electrical system to include header, breaker box, and grounded wiring. The kitchen cabinets were also replaced at this time and granite countertops installed. It has hardwood flooring in the living and dining rooms with carpet in the bedrooms. The refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, and hot water heater are all four years old and included with the house. There is crown moulding throughout the house. I recently had the house reshingled and painted. There is a concrete patio slab in the back yard which is fenced with chain link.
