1987 Crestwood, double wide on 1/2 acre lot, on the north side of town. Close to schools, good neighboorhood. New roof & siding installed 4 years ago. The home is currently occupied by tennants who have lived there over the past 6 years. The outside of the house looks good, but the inside will need some TLC. You could move into like it is, but the tennants have made a real mess of the house. If I were to live in it, I would completely remodel the inside w/ all new carpet, fixtures, cabinets, trim, doors etc... The house has good potential. I don't think the toilet has ever been scrubbed & there is wall to wall clutter, so bad you can't even see the rooms. It smells horrendous also, and I think one of the rooms is infested with flees. It's pretty gross to say the least, but they & all there crap will be out of the house by July. Unless you want to keep them as your tennants.

UPDATE : I went in the house yesterday ( 3/22/12 ) It's a real life version of the TV series Horders. I really don't want to take on the job of cleaning up behind them, much less put all my time & money into the house to make it presentable.
