57.5 Acre Licensed Fish Farm with 11 ponds, totalling 30 acres of ponds and 25 acres farmland. All ponds have underground pipes to fill with. 2 wells, 1800 sf building with hatchery, holding tanks, cleaning station, and bathroom.
One pond is stocked with Catfish that we open to the public for fishing. We charge $3/lb live weight and get $3.50/lb for cleaning.
