The Copper Ridge Loft has two short hallways off the foyer.. To the right, you’ll find the secondary bedroom and full bathroom. To your left are the laundry area and spacious den. You might use the den as a home office, or perhaps as a studio or hobby room.  Coming back to the foyer, you enter into the open dining room and great room. The kitchen has an unrestricted view of these two gathering places, so not even the cook is left out of the action. Waiting to welcome you at the end of the day is your owner's suite. In the bath you’ll find a private water closet, large tub, and wonderful walk-in closet. Up a few stairs you'll find an additional bedroom with its own bath and a spacious loft overlooking the great room. At 2,263 square feet, the Copper Ridge Loft is large enough to host celebrations, yet cozy enough to be a home for just two.
