Located at 8,000 feet elevation in the Upper Blanco Basin, (with fishing access to the Blanco River) is one of the most beautiful mountain spots one could ever imagine.

The Home is located on the north side of the river which, by the way, is full of trout mostly Rainbows and Browns. On the other side of the river are large acreages with the National Forest and the Nation's largest National Wilderness Area.

The home is two stories. On the first floor is the living room with fireplace, large kitchen, utility room, dining room, powder room, Master Suite with walk-in closet and Master bath.

On the second floor are two bedrooms, office/computer space and 3/4 bath. One of the bedrooms is the bunk room when the grandkids come to visit.
