For Sale By Owner

The house was built in 1979 and over the years we have made several changes. 

      The house originally had three bedrooms and two living areas.  However, as the family grew, we converted one of the living areas into a fourth bedroom, which is in the front of the house. It is a large room that is used as a bedroom and a study.

      We also made changes in the other living room.  We removed the wall between the living room and the kitchen and made one large open space.  We refinished the kitchen cabinets and installed ceramic tile in the entire house.

      We have recently updated both bathrooms with fresh paint, new exhaust fans, GFI  proofed  electrical receptacles, and rewired the electrical fixtures.   In the master bath, we have completely rebuilt the shower.  In the other bath, we have replaced the old bathtub and also taken out all of the old tile around the tub and replaced the drywall and tile.

      All three of the original bedrooms, halls, living room, and kitchen have fresh paint and there are new baseboards in the entire house.  We did not change the converted bedroom that was done for our daughter because kids like the way it looks.

      Outside we have a new fence that is 8ft in the back that tapers to 6ft on the sides for better privacy and security. We have replaced ALL windows with new energy efficient windows which will save energy cost and has a lifetime guarantee that will pass to the new owner.  We also consulted a foundation specialist to inspect the foundation and have made the repairs which also have a lifetime guarantee that will pass to the new owner.  We have had the trees trimed to help the sunlight reach the grass and we have cleaned and repaired the rain gutters.
