We are only relocating due to family reasons, and really regret having to leave this house and neighborhood. The location is great as you are only 10 minutes to downtown Waynesville, which is where several very nice restaurants have recently opened. You are also less than 10 minutes from a very nice Ingles grocery store, 10-15 minutes to Wal-Mart and Best Buy. If you do happen to need something that is not in Waynesville, Asheville is a quick 25 minutes away right down I-40. We do live about an hour and a half from the home, so showing the house on relatively short notice is usually not a problem.
