This Condo is in Ocean Lakes which is a very nice community located near Dam Neck and Oceana bases. The front door faces the street and across the way is woods that are owned by the base, so the view is of trees not the parking lot or another building. The condo faces east and the Atlantic ocean is 1.5 miles east, so there is a nice ocean breeze and military personnel can access that beach. Otherwise the "Oceanfront" area is 5 miles North.

The building has 8 units, this condo is on the 2nd floor. It has a fenced patio entrance and a small balcony in the master bedroom. It is two bedrooms with two full baths. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo so it is great for a roommate situation.

All of the plumbing was replaced a few years ago and just a year ago BOTH bathrooms were remodeled (toilet, vanity cabinet/mirror, sink/faucet, light fixture and switch/outlet and of course fresh paint), new tile in both baths and also tile at the front door. Have bought tile for the Kitchen but never installed it.
