- - This is a peach of a house. The neighborhood is friendly, charming and quiet. It's great for a young family or a retired couple.  The lawn is nicely landscaped and the front yard and driveway are level. (Most yards in the village are not level. 

- - Brand new soft carpet runs throughout the house. The roof is only five years old and the fireplace chimney has been restored. The house has been repainted inside and has central air. 

- - The woods behind the house can be viewed from the windows and large glass door that opens onto the back deck.  From the dining room and deck an abundance of cardinals, gold finches, blue birds, chickadees and woodpeckers can be spotted daily.  Deer, rabbits, squirrels and red fox have also been seen in the yard.  

- - This is a peach of a house and a great village.  Unfortunately, I had to relocate to another town or I'd still be in Bella Vista.  It's a wonderful place to live.  There are several country clubs, five golf courses and four lakes for boating and fishing.  Other activities include, horseback riding, a local swimming pool, health club, miniature golf, photography club, art club, writing groups and many clubs and other organizations.
