Located on a quiet dead end road, the first floor has an updated, eat-in-kitchen, spacious great room / dining room with sleek, modern ceiling fans, a cozy modern style wood stove, three skylights, a wall of windows, sliding glass doors leading out to a front deck, one bedroom and a full bath.

The second floor features a balcony that overlooks the great room with two additional bedrooms and another full bath.  

There's also a full dry basement with a washer & dryer, new furnace, community water and sewer services.  The house has central air conditioning, a gas stove and gas heat. All appliances come with the home and include: washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven.

Outside, you'll find an expansive back deck overlooking a private backyard that faces a forever green area, perfect for a family bbq!  

Enjoy life at Sleepy Hollow Lake while you're boating, kayaking and swimming on a sparkling pristine lake.  The lake also provides seasonal lifeguards for the kids, a marina to moor your boat, a community lodge overlooking the expanse of the lake, two community swimming pools with life guards, tennis courts, basketball courts and a driving range.  

The community also offers a monthly newspaper with a full list of all activities.  Sleepy Hollow Lake has emergency and security services.  

The community is 2 hours from Manhattan.  It's a 45 minute drive from skiing at Hunter mountain; minutes away from antiquing; Olana is just across the river; 30 minutes from Saugertise/Catskill; it's the perfect year 'round retreat.
