Charming Condo by the Beach!

It doesn't get any better than spending the Summer in Rhode Island at East Beach!  If you aren't familiar with East Beach Rd, it is very quite (even in the Summer) because it is only 1 mile long, and ends at the beach!  Even when the beach parking lot is full, the beach is empty!   I bought this condo 2 years ago and unfortunately must sell it as I will be leaving Rhode Island within a few months.  This is an end unit is fantastic condition!  New appliances, hardwood floors, hot water heater, and fresh coats of paint in both bathrooms.  I am willing to sell the place furnished or unfurnished, so if you are considering it as a Summer home, you really could just bring your swim suits and be all set for Summer!  And you could easily rent it out in the months you don't use it!  The monthly condo fee is $175 and the taxes are right around $1450.  Please call or email me with any questions :)  I look forward to hearing from you soon!
