We have added new widows. They are double-paned windows with xenon gas in between that will reduce the electricity bill significantly. We have now lowered the price (10/01/2011) to $160,000 but we will negotiate. We would appreciate people who call us to have their credit approved done by a bank or mortgage firm. Thank you!
