Newer, Affordable Magna Home

This is a great home that we would love to stay in, but I will be going to grad school in another state. It is located in a newer sub-division (all houses were built around the same time) and is located on a dead end street.  The paint and carpet are only two years old and there is a great deck in back with mature trees that provide shade in the summer. The deck also includes a lighting system that can be placed on a timer. The grass looks great thanks to the sprinkler system we put in last summer.
