The Church is less than a mile from the town fire department, and less than 1000 feet from a hydrant, which is excellent for low cost insurance. The walk to downtown crosses over picturesque Wills Creek, and the town has a small grocery store with deli, gas pumps, restaurant, pharmacy, post office, hardware store with lumber yard, a Dollar General, notary, and many churches. Taxes are only $354.
This property also has a commerical rating and could easily be used for a business with possible tax incentives from the township. It has a substantial hard top parking area.
