A U shaped driveway was recently installed having been approved at zoning board. The house is located ON route 72 with commercial potential if a land use variance was proposed and approved. This would be a great investment for a mixed residential/business owner having up to 280 feet of frontage on route 72. Across the street is access to the woods for outdoor folk with a entrance within stone throw.  Stafford township owns a what appears to be a few hundred acres across the street and further back is state land.  My personal thoughts is the township may have intent on building a park / trails.  The interior has been updated including all hardwood or tile flooring, recessed lights (30+), wired internet in every room, mahogany stairs, and updated paint. An office has been made which has been used as a fourth bedroom.  This is a great piece of property with a lot of potential.  There isn't really comparable sales that the owner (I) could find.  The house design can be found in Ocean Acres, but not the lot size, proximity to the woods, and commercial potential being on 72.  The house is shown by lock box to realtors or by the existing tenant (personal friend).
