The Mother-In-Law apartment was built by re-modeling the old garage and includes kitchen/dinette/family room combo with private BR and bath with a large walk-in shower...featuring a glassed enclosed breezeway connecting it to the 3 BR home built on a foundation.

The double carport is located on the side entrance via driveway. Entrance to breezeway via a handicapped ramp that matches the small deck .

Another large covered double carport is located in rear with cement flooring ... great for entertaining.

Large storage building located at back as well.
