The property is beautiful, expansive, and private.  We are located right in between Rutland and Manchester Vermont - a 20-25 minute drive to both towns.  Skiing at Bromley and Okemo is just 35 minutes away, and Killington, just 45 minutes. 

Tinmouth http://tinmouthvt.org/ is a small town with a big community, a K-6 elementary school, and 7-12 grade school choice.  You have the choice to send your children to any public high school where the tuition is paid by the town.  Or you can choose a private approved school such as Long Trail or Burr & Burton Academy, and the town will pay up to the union school state average, currently $12,035.

All appliances and fixtures stay with the property.  Property taxes are approx. $4,200 a year.
