A Winter vacation swap ( NON SMOKERS) for, the town of Milton, Quincy, Hingham, Newton, Belmont. If all that happens, is you spend the winter in the Florida Sun Shine, in a nice home in SW Florida on the water, while you're home has non smoking residents, who will take very good care of you're home, how can you go wrong??? 
We are looking for, a very clean and very decent all around, no fixer uppers, or homes needing work, unless it is a permanent swap sale. No winter swaps that are in need of work!
