We built this home in 2009. It is a huge house. 3700 Sq ft on the first 2 floors, with another 1300 in the basement. The house sits on about 29 acres. 20 of them wooded. Great for hunting! There is a flat area in the woods, would be perfect for a pond. The mineral rights go with the property. The view is spectacular, it sits atop a hill and over looks miles of rolling hills. The house has a big open floor plan. The living room has 20 ft ceilings. The master suite is huge. With a giant walk in closet and a big bathroom with double vanities, 2 person Jacuzzi tub, and separate 2 person shower. The 3 other bedrooms are good sized and there is another full bath on the second floor as well. The basement is giant. It is a walk out with double doors leading outside. 6 windows. It is partly finished with a full bath. My in laws live down there now and there is plenty of room for 2 bedrooms kitchen and living room. The exterior of the house has vinyl siding and is landscaped with barn stone. We spent around 4000.00 on the stone alone. The house also has a really nice 2.5 car garage. There is a big concrete pad for parking. The drive is fairly steep but we don't have any problems getting up it. There are several other areas to bring a drive in we just never did. I added a 40x16 deck off the kitchen with sliding glass door. The well was dug 400 feet down and has crystal clear great tasting water. The sewage is septic. The power I had dug underground so there are no overhead power lines. The house is all electric with the average in the spring summer and fall between 160-280 per month. The winter runs around 300-350. Everything thing in the house it great quality. Anderson double pane windows, moen fixtures, koler tubs, tolits, and sinks. All of the appliances go with the house. All made by LG around 10,000.00 in 09 when we bought them. The furnace is Lennox with a heat pump. Fireplace in the living room 'wood'. The kitchen and foyer have snap lock wood floors. There is a lot of storage space in the house with many closets. The house is located just about 8 minutes from Loudonville. 30 minutes to Mt. Vernon. 1 hour and 20 minutes from Columbus.
