Home was flooded in June 2011.  We have followed all safety protocol and have repaired the home.  We have put laminate flooring into the front two rooms and the office and we have carpeted the step down family room (which I wish we had done in the first place).  All repairs will be done this weekend (11/5/2011) and we will be able to show the home again.  Please email me with any questions.  We are not interested in renting at this time.  We are looking at all offers.
