The extra large master bedroom has a fireplace with a free-standing Quadri wood burning stove. There is an enormous walk-in closet with built in shelves for additional storage. Directly off the master bedroom, is an over-sized master bathroom with a triple size Jacuzzi tub for relaxation, a walk-in shower, a double sink and a large linen closet.

 In addition on the main floor there is one other bedroom, another large bathroom with a linen closet. The dining room is directly opposite of the kitchen and living room, and has a beautiful Anderson bay window. There is a large entryway with a coat closet.

          This well constructed, custom built home has 6-inch walls which are heavily insulated as well as the ceilings. The home has a wrap around porch that will give hours upon hours of relaxation and entertainment opportunities for the entire family. Just sit, relax and observe the deer that graze in the yard.

          We have fed the birds well over the years, and have over twenty varieties with approximately 200 birds at the feeders in the summer and winter.

          The full walk out basement has been framed in and portioned and is partially paneled. The bathroom is completely finished with a vanity, shower, and commode. The basement rooms include a family room, two large bedrooms, a utility room and two storage rooms. There is a wood furnace in the wood room that is connected to the heating duct system throughout the house. The wood furnace will heat the entire house and holds logs up to 4 feet long. When filled completely the furnace will heat the entire home for 24 hours. Additionally, the home can be heated with an electric heat pump, a Quadri-fire pellet stove and a Quadri- fire free standing wood stove. The home is cooled by a central air conditioning system and ceiling fans in each room. On rare occasions the electric heat pump is used to heat the home because it is heated so well using the wood stove or furnace methods.

          The entire 40 acres has been fenced; there are pastures and a large pond that is stocked with catfish, bass, and perch. There is also a wooded area containing a variety of trees and shrubs. The property has creeks on three sides, along with numerous fresh running springs.

          The farm is located conveniently off of Hwy 412 with easy, quick access to Harrison, Arkansas and just a few miles from Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville areas. Within a 50 mile radius you will find The University of Arkansas, Wal-Mart Headquarters, Tyson Headquarters, J.B. Hunt and modern shopping areas. The Buffalo River, Baxley Valley, wilderness areas, Scenic Highway 23 (the Pig Trail) and Scenic Highway 21 are within 35 miles. There are four large, modern, state of the art hospitals within a 50 mile radius as well; St. Johns Hospital is located 90 miles away in Springfield, MO. An extension hospital owned by St. Johns is located in Berryville, AR. With all of that said, there are excellent, well-trained first responders in the immediate area. Emergency evacuation can be handled easily and quickly by the Life Flight Helicopter Team.

          For family fun and a marvelous vacation spot, Branson, MO has lots to do including Silver Dollar City; its only a 90 minute drive! Or you could travel to Beaver Lake, which is 60 minutes away, for a relaxing float trip, or fishing trip.
