This house was originally built as a small riverfront cabin in the 1940's. It was extensively remodeled and expanded to its present 3bd, 2.5 bath, dual office configuration in 1990. It includes a built-in sauna, hot tub and an absoultely "dry" basement (unusual for riverfront properties). Lots of storage space is available in the attic and a 12' by 19' foot "fishing cabin", with a large deck, on the riverfront, including a floating dock completes the property.
