We are sad that we have to sell our condo that we have owned for five years now. Our kids are growing up and we need room to grow. We have enjoyed the pool during the summers, and the perfect lawn care and snow removal by the grounds keepers. The neighbors are all older couples with barely any kids, and are no bother at all. The condo has two levels with a basement for storage. We have prided ourselves with keeping the condo clean and updated with fresh paint and regular carpet cleanings. The condo fees are $200 per month and like i said before are well worth it. The grounds are like a golf coarse and are always taken care of. So if you are looking for a nice place to retire or to lower your monthly overhead, come take a look. No dogs are allowed but cats are ok. Thanks Pete
